Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. Her most well-known role is anchor of the CNN morning show At This Hour. Bolduan was previously a co-host on the CNN morning programs on weekdays, New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a part of CNN's coverage of the presidential and 2012 elections. She also worked at Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan's reporting on congressional activities and other events in her time as part of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiation to increase the debt ceiling for the United States and deliberations by the super-committee. Bolduan was a correspondent for general assignments. She has covered reports as the Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt as well as the Supreme Court's historic decision on Obamacare. She also covered the implementation of government stimulus plans for 2009. Then she became an CNN Newsource national reporter in the year 2007.
